Research And Realization On SCMS For Medium And Small Enterprises

Informational construction is the only way for an enterprise to improve its competition over the market. PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) offers the enterprise a full resolution to Informational construction. In recent years, with the rapid progress in Internet/Intranet technology, a perfect advantage condition beneficial to economy network and globalization is created. Many new changes, such as managing thought, developing technology and realization methods, have taken place. Being an important part of PLM, SCM plays a main roll in enhancing channels abilities, conformiting up and down stream channels, getting evolved events and persons into line, and realizing a high cooperation between the corporations on the supply chain. This designed the supply chain management system software using the C# language based on B/S(Browser/Server) mode.This paper pays more attention to the following:(1) To the high cost brought by developing and maintaining the system to medium and small corporations, this paper proposed to adopt a outsourcing and renting strategy to realize the SCM administration on the third party SCM platform.(2)According to the four main service flow of the SCM system, which contains supply chain scheme, marketing channel management, purchase channel management, supply chain intelligence and the optimization, the SCM system was divided into five modules: the requirements management module, the marketing channel administration module, the platform administration module, the system online help module, the work flow management module. It analyzed all kinds of functions in various modules thoroughly, presented detailed implementation methods.(3)In view of the C/S structure existed insufficiency, a method using three layered B/S structure was proposed, the SCM system architecture based on the B/S structure was also designed.(4)Database is the spirit of the SCM system, every SCM system has itself database. According to the flow of SCM system, surrounding the function modules, the corresponding data tables were designed to finish building the database, such as demanding management tables, saling channels management tables, plateformmanagement tables, and etc.(5)The supply chain Management System were developed and implementedcompletely based on .NET platform, using C#, JavaScript, and the database built on Microsoft SQL Server. The installation and maintenance of system were convenient." It was able to be Operated in worldwide conveniently through Internet and had a friendly interface.
