| Medium and Small Enterprises (MSEs) become major powers of economic development, taking extremely important position in Chinese economy. Technology innovation could prolong MSEs'life cycle to maximum limit. Thus MSEs are able to realize sustainable development. And this is already commonly accepted. Many MSEs don't understand the characters or problems in every stage of their development. Besides they are not clear enough about the mode of technology innovation and they are not able to upgrade technology level. Consequently MSEs develop very slowly in China. As a result, MSEs have to adopt proper mode of technology innovation with necessary theoretical guide according to their very situation. Further we have to study the relationship between mode of technology innovation and MSE development. My study is mainly concerned about the above-mentioned issues.Based on the study of enterprise life cycle and technology innovation, this paper starts with definition and characteristics of technology innovation. With deep analysis of mode of MSE technology innovation and characteristics and problems of every stage of MSE life cycle, we establish cascade model of mode selection of technology innovation based on MSE life circle. After that I suggest specific technology innovation mode in every stage of MSE development. Meanwhile, MSE development originates from resultant force of multidimensional innovation. Therefore, according to characteristics and problems of different stages of MSE development, we combine technology innovation mode, management innovation, organization innovation, marketing innovation and culture innovation to form multidimensional innovation mode to promote MSE development. In the end, I test my viewpoint and mode I suggest in the paper by analyzing typical case study. |
