Along with the rapid growth of china social economy, China government encourages to develop modern logistics industry so as to induce the soaring cost of logistics activity. Thereby improve the competitive ability of our enterprise. The Eleventh Five years Programming point out clearly that logistics industry will be pivot industry to develop. In order to keep sustainable development of national economy, we must speed up the reasonable layout of transportation logistics. Completing the link up of transport mode mutually, display combination efficiency and the overall superiority .As result develop An integrated transportation system which is fluent, highly effective, safe and rapid.Highway transportation network is one of important subsystem of integrated transportation system. As the nodes of highway transportation system, Highway Collection and Distribution Centre is the large-scale commodity collection and distribution center. it has the function of transportation organization and management, transfer, storage, communication, production assistant service, which play the decisive role in linking up each part of transportation system together, optimizing system efficiency and service level and improving the benefit of transportation industry.Design and optimize of work flow is the important content in system planning of Highway Collection and Distribution Centre which is also the foundation of operation and development in logistics enterprise .it belong to the strategic level of decision-making. The result will influence other planning of Highway Collection and Distribution Centre which has very important research meaning.This dissertation is based on the"Research on the application technology of Collection and Distribution enterprise in the western Area highway Transportation big channel"which belongs to the west science and technology project. Investigate the theory and the method of design and simulation of work flow in the Highway Collection and Distribution Centre.Though the investigation to many enterprise by collecting and summarize massive data material of operational and management, establish the optimization methods system of Highway Collection and Distribution Centre which based on the theory of modularize and simulate optimization. Explore a new optimization method of the Highway Collection and Distribution Centre work flow. The dissertation has six chapters. The main content as following:Chapter one, introducing research purpose and the background about this article, and then simply introduces the current research status, finally state basic method and core content.Chapter two, briefly state the theory of modularize design and simulation optimization ,proposed the design frame of Highway Collection and Distribution Centre work flow modularize ,and analyze the adaptability of simulation optimization method to the optimization of Highway Collection and Distribution Centre work flow. Chapter three, analyze the Highway Collection and Distribution Centre work flow of systematically. First analyze the function of Collection and Distribution Centre, and then analyze the characteristics of work flow. finally discuss the methods of statistics to the basic information in detail. It includs3 part ,at first state the basic method of information analyzing ,analyze the data from quality to quantitative, focus on the order change tendency ,order item and goods quantity and characteristic ,investigate the methods how to use EIQ to design and optimize the Collection and Distribution Centre work flow.Chapter four, discuss the theory of modularize design in Highway Collection and Distribution Centre deeply. First proposed the goal of work flow design, secondly analyze the condition of modularize, thirdly advance the principle of module partition of function module, pay more attention to introduce the methods of module foundation. At last, introduce the combination of module.Chapter five, state the method of optimization of Highway Collection and Distribution Centre work flow using simulate optimization in detail.Firstly, develop the frame of simulation and optimization design in the work flow module of Collection and Distribution Centre, then introduce the method of how to deal with the data and distribution fit.Chapter six put the method to the case enterprise. Firstly collect data of enterprise, use ABC to confirm the change trendency of order, and use the EIQ to realize the characteristics of the process from the content of order you can know the kinds of goods, the characteristics of the order and process .at last, take these factors into account, deveop the module combination of the case, according to the programming of operation development and facility construction bring forward future design of the work flow.Chapter seven, conclusion and expectation.Summarize mainly research work of this dissertation and presents questions that need to be further researched in the future as well.In general, there is something new in this dissertation as the following:1 Take the EIQ method to the process flow optimization of Collection and Distribution Centre first, make up the limitation of tradition work flow design which lack quantity analyze .2 Take the theory of simulation and optimization to the Collection and Distribution Centre process flow optimization first.3 Establish the whole modules of the Collection and Distribution Centre process flow, including the method of partition of module .development of module and module combination.4 Dual the establishment of information function modules, analyze the function and design principle of module in detail so as to lay the rationale for the information system establishment...
