Study On Peasants Economic Cooperative Organization Basis On Evolutionary Game Theory Analysis

Great changes have taken place in the countryside of China since the reform in 1980s; with the Establishment of socialist market economy system ,Contract responsibility system with remuneration linked gradually show its disadvantage. Today peasants in china face many problems such as the low level of organizations. the small scale and scattered operating farmers can not take part in the competion of market , the contradiction between the small farmers with the market is obvious. so how to organize the small scale and scattered operating farmers into the existing agricultural economic cooperative organization to take part in the intense competition of the international market has become a problem which needs to be solved immediately. Based on these situations, the study on the development of Peasants Economic Cooperative Organization (PECO) in China is chosen. The framework of the thesis is as follows:Part one IntroductionOn the background of perfecting the socialism market economy system, pushing vigorously forward the agriculture industrialization and building completely the well-off society, the purpose and meanings of the research have been introduced firstly. Then the research scope has been limited and the relevant research trends in the domestic and outer has been summarized and evaluated. At last, the research thoughts, methods and creative ideas have been discussed.Part Two The theoretical analysis of Peasants Economic Cooperative Organization (PECO) Based on the conception of cooperation and PECO, the difference between PECO and Collective economy enterprise, partnership, joint-stock company are discussed. Then the theories of agricultural institutional change farmer transaction cost are discussed which provide the firm theoretical base for the research.Part Three The analysis of peasant's economical behavior in PECOIn this part two important theory about peasant's behavior are introduced. Then the economical actions of peasants are analyzed in three different kind of Organization which were ever appeared in 1950s~1970s. The article deems that peasants are selfish, they have made optimal choice under restriction. In order to classify three kinds of motivation of self-regard and the relationship between opportunistic behavior and free ride, bounded rationality, Bounded Rationality Theory are introduced. The article deems that bounded rationality is the reason for opportunistic behavior and free ride. Part Four Evolutionary Game Theory Analysis of peasants cooperation This part mainly introduces the basic dynamics models of evolutionary name theory: replicator dynamic model, and some conclusions. These models are applied to describe the formation of the PECO. The conclusions is that the speed PECO get stable is determined by bounded rationality of peasants, imitate opportunity and successful degree of imitated object.Part Five the empirical Analysis of peasants level of organizationsEmpirical approach are applied to analysis the factor which effect peasants level of organizations. According to the conclusions that came from Evolutionary Game Theory Analysis of peasants cooperation, twenty three group date are selected. By the approach of regression and Principal Components model are built, through the model the most important factors are found. The conclusions is that level of education is the most important factor which effect peasants level of organizations.I think the best solution to solve the problems of PECO is to invest vigorously on the manpower capital and cultivating the modern farmer,unite the training of peasants' cooperative spirit and the government support.
