It is an Information Super High Way which integrates the business of mobile phone,IP,data,multimedia etc. The CMLOTN is the most important of infrastructure of national informatization and telecommunication. The enterprise core competitiveness can be strengthened by developing and perfecting the China Mobile optical transport network which can also transform the enterprise from simple network operator to mutli-business telecommunication enterprise.Network optimizing means to make a scheme to reconstruct the current network by analyzing the status quo of network and business need. The theory about optimizing JinZhou Mobile Local optical transport network is supported by introducing the concepts relative to Local Optical Transport Network (LOTN) and distinguishing the contents optimized in LOTN, and identifying the basic procedures on optimizing matters. The function of Local optical transport network on the development of enterprise, and the purpose of project optimizations that improves the efficiency of resource utilization and strengthen network loading capacity, and improve the core competitiveness above all.JinZhou Mobile Local optical transport network is construed from 2001 to 2006, and it has some business loading capacities, such as GSM base station, VIP data and shopping hall.
