Research On UHV Transmission Service Pricing Based On AC-DC Power Flow Algorithm

In order to explore the transmission cost allocation method which is suitable for the characteristics of UHV transmission system,this paper combined the development planning and trend of UHV transmission network and the transmission pricing method in China and abroad,further more divided the cost of extra high voltage power transmission into fixed cost and variable cost to make studies.Firstly,study the impact of related factors on the power flow and transmission cost allocation due to the access of large scale renewable energy sources.A mixed copula probabilistic power flow tracing method is proposed to allocate the fixed cost of UHV transmission system,which is combined with probabilistic power flow and power flow tracing.The probability distribution model of the output of random renewable energy sources is constructed by the mixed copula function.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the power device which causes the loss of the network in various parts of the AC / DC power system,proposed a new network loss allocation method which uses classified power flow tracking method to apportion fixed network loss and change network loss.The change network loss allocation method is proportional power flow tracking method based on AC / DC hybrid power flow calculation.The fixed network loss allocation method is average power flow tracking method according users typical current and grid utilization rate of mining which improves upon the proportional power flow tracking method.At last,prove the rationality and feasibility of the mixed copula probabilistic power flow tracing method and the classified power flow tracking method,through the AC / DC simulation results of the improved IEEE30 node system.The validity and superiority of the proposed method are verified.
