Comprehensive Assessment And Urbanization Level Of Jilin Province And Relative Countermeasurs

Urbanization is the tendency of social economic development and the only way for a certain country or an area to turns from tradition to modern, from backward to civilization. The urbanization level has already become an important symbol which can weigh how developed and progressive of modern society; Urbanization is also the key to solving many contradictions existed in economic and social development of or country, especially from 90's on, many dilemmas faced in rural reforms and developments are directly or indirectly related with urbanization. The ultimate object of accelerating urbanization is to push forward the economic and social development and improve people's living standard and quality. From the aspect of the development of world economy, urbanization is a piece of important experience to accelerate economic progress.Taking Jilin province for example, the indicators system of urbanization has been established. By using it to measure the urbanization level of 9 municipalities of Jilin province. The synthesized measurement method has been put forward to substitute for the single one. The second part of this section expatiates the connotation of urbanization in details as an succession of the previous part and serves as a preparation for the later part where a series of indexes of urbanization convocation is illustrated. By using the comprehensive assessment method mentioned in the previous section, it firstly assesses and classifies 9 municipalities from Jilin Provice; it secondly compares the result of single index sequence and comprehensive index sequence in order to show the advantage of comprehensive assessment approach; At last it analyzes simply the overall urbanization level of middle, east and west Jilin Province and their true index value respectively.Partâ…¥is the sequence analysis section of this paper.
