Supply Chain has arrived at the cooperation stage. In order to get more profit, the nodes in chain attempt to build a cooperation alliance, in which it's free to get other nodes's data and information, nodal corporations share information and knowledge with each other. They set the profit distributing system and contract in advance, so it come true that every nodal corporation gets their profit fairly besides the whole supply chain get earn more profit. It is called Win-Win.Cooperation in supply chain has various meanings, in which the management of procedure is the key points. But even order processing is the most important part of management of procedure. Order processing system takes an important part in the whole logistics system. The speed and quality effect the cost and efficiency of whole logistics activity directly. Order processing with good speed and veracity not only can offer better service to hold clients, but also can save Floating capital and decrease cost.So, it researches the problems and solutions happen during order processing under supply chain environment, and put the theory of supply chain cooperation into application of operation in corporations.There are seven chapters in total, in which the 4th, 5th, 6th chapter are critical chapters. Detail content will be introduced below.Chapter one: It's the introduction part, including research purpose and significance , it also introduces the research status in China and abroad.Chapter two: It begins with concept of supply chain and supply chain management, and expounds the opinion that integration management should be applied in supply chain management in order to ensure the stability in supply chain operation. In this part it analyses the uncertainty and birth of bullwhip effect, and shows that the only way to solve this problem is to build supply chain cooperation relationship and share information with others in supply chain. It also requires to set up restrict system and contract first. So the stability could be enhanced.Chapter three: It introduces the procedure of order processing operation, and emphasizes it's the beginning of logistics activity and also the core part of logistics management in corporation. It combines traditional evaluating index with theory of constrains(TOC) in appraising the performance. It analyses problems exists in order processing, and suggests to begin with theory of system and take resource management strategy, demand management strategy, and manufacture strategy under supply chain environment in order to optimize order processing operation.Chapter four: There always be the situation that there are too many orders need to be handled at the same time, but the product ability is limited, so it's necessary to chose which one is preferential to deal. When product or order processing task exceeds the capability of corporation, the manager need to set the order processing sequence in order to meet the VIP's urgent demand.Here considering improvement of clients service level as the goal, taking analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to solve the sequence setting problem and using importance of customer, order urgent degree, profit, and sum, etc. as to build the index system. Based on the shared information in supply chain, there is a way to fix order urgent degree, which is determined by the customer's stock data and selling data. Combines shared information in supply chain with actual operation of an enterprise. And last, there is an illustration to prove the influence of information sharing in supply chain to the order processing sequence result.Chapter five: It analyses the transportation moment in the process of order fulfilling and suggests to delay some of the orders to consolidate a proper number orders which would be transported together. It will reduce the cost of transportation, meanwhile ,it will bring cost of out of stock, and it also will make the cost of storage increase. So it is necessary to consider the costs happened in transportation consolidation.Building the transmit consolidation model which has the object that sum including cost of transportation, cost of storage, and cost of out of stock is minimal. Using shared information in supply chain to forecast the clients'amount of sale in order to set cost of storage.Chapter six: In order to solve the transmit consolidation model, Genetic Arithmetic(GA) is used. Taking sequence coding, in which number stands the transportation route, and then constructing the initial group. Integrating with the model built in chapter five to compute the object value of each chromosome. In the genetic operation, using roulette method to select the optimal individual, and partial matching method and position changing method is used in crossover operation and mutation operation. For the purpose that the optimal solution has constringency, there has to adopt best saving strategy after genetic operation, here make the best one in old population take the place of the worst one in new population, and keep on cycling until it reaches the maximal population.Programming in Matlab to implement GA, the result shows that it is possible to get the approximate answer to the transmit consolidation quickly. Because of the difficulty to get real data , there is no demonstration, but an example to show the computing process.Chapter seven: It's the conclusion part of the whole thesis, it sums up the achievements and shortage, and research directions.Here are the innovative points:It takes AHP to solve the order processing sequence setting problem. fixing order urgent degree based on the shared information in supply chain, and consider order urgent degree as an important index to decide which order is preferential to deal with. It makes information sharing work effectively. To build transmit consolidation model which has the object that sum including cost of transportation, cost of storage, and cost of out of stock is minimal. Using shared information in supply chain to forecast the clients'amount of sale in order to set cost of storage.
