Nowadays, the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious, and it has become a trend to develop a low-carbon economy and implement sustainable supply chain management.Order allocation is an important link in the implementation of sustainable supply chain management, and the uncertainty of the supply chain environment is a major obstacle in the order allocation link.Based on this, under the condition of uncertain supply and demand, this paper took the sustainable supply chain with multiple suppliers and a single manufacturer as the research object, and studied the fuzzy multi-objective order allocation problem while considering the carbon trading mechanism, multiple modes of transportation, and supply disruption risk.First,in the context of global procurement, considering the uncertainty of supply and demand and the establishment of multiple procurement points by manufacturers, with economic costs and environmental protection as the goal,a fuzzy multi-objective order allocation model under the carbon trading mechanism was established.Using fuzzy expectation value method and opportunity constraint theory, the optimal order allocation plan for each purchase point of the manufacturer was obtained. The calculation examples verified that the model was feasible and the obtained order allocation plan could achieve a balance between economic and environmental goals.Several sets of numerical simulations were carried out to analyze the influence of the confidence level selection of fuzzy supply and demand, changes in carbon limits and carbon prices, and exchange rate fluctuations on order quantities and total costs. The research can provide a reference for decision-making when the supply chain needs to implement procurement activities in different countries under economic globalization.Next,in the context of sustainable development, considering the existence of multiple modes of transportation,a fuzzy multi-objective order allocation model for sustainable supply chains was established. The opportunity constraint theory, membership function and maximum satisfaction method were used to solve the model. The calculation example verified that the model could calculate a reasonable order allocation plan to achieve a balance between the three dimensions of economy, environment and society. When the confidence level corresponding to the fuzzy environment changed, the order allocation plans of the single-objective model and the multi-objective model were solved separately, and the influence of the change of the confidence level on the order quantity and objective function value of the example was explained.Under the conditions of uncertain supply and demand and considering the triple goals of economy, environment and society, further considered the situation where there was a supply disruption risk.According to the difference between supply and demand in the market environment, different interruption loss functions were set up as part of the total cost of the supply chain, and a sustainable supply chain fuzzy multi-objective order allocation model was established. It was verified by calculation examples that the order allocation plan could achieve a balance among multiple goals when there was a supply interruption risk.It was proved that it was necessary to set up different interruption loss functions and discussed the order allocation plan according to the situation.Through multiple sets of numerical simulations, the order allocation results when the confidence level, interruption probability, and objective function weight were changed were calculated, and the influence of each change parameter on the order allocation results was analyzed. The research provides decision support for supply chain procurement activities that require full consideration of interruption risks and losses. |
