An Empirical Research Of The Impact On Real Estate Development By The Urban Municipal Road Construction

With the rapid increase of the urban population in Urumqi, the rapid growth of economy and the increasing improvement of people's living standard, the environment, safety comfort and convenience of communication are highly demanded. However, as the foundation and the precondition of the city communication, the urban road construction has lagged far behind the growing communication demand. It is precisely because the government is unable to provide adequate funds for the city municipal road construction, the municipal road infrastructure become the "bottlenecks", that serious constraints on the real estate industry as the most important economic pillars. That will not enough fund to invest in the construction of the city municipal road, which leads to a vicious circle.This paper based on city road construction, analyzing three factors: the impact on the value of real estate development projects, the impact on the consumer psychology, and the impact on the risk of the real estate development project, at the mean while, it takes the Urumqi City loop road construction for example.
