Study On Eco-city Construction In Xi'an City

At present, the research of ecological city has become one of the foreland and hotspot task in the city science and urban planning research in our country. Eco-urbanization is an implement of the idea of sustainable development, is an inevitable choice to practice the strategy of sustainable development.Accordingly, on the background of this, the author consulted many urban construction theories in the world. Standing on the character of Xi'an as the research object, carry on deep research to ecological construction of it from three aspects of nature, society and economy. It first theoretically analyses the concept of eco-city based on the previous studies of eco-city theories. This is helpful to improve the eco-city construction in China; Next, has made the analysis to the Xi'an ecology urban construction condition, discovers its ecology urban construction the advantage and the limiting factor, simultaneously proposes the Xi'an ecology urban construction principle and the goal; in the domestic and foreign ecology city appraisal target system research foundation, unifies to the ecology urban construction basic theory understanding, established has been comprehensive, the science, may the operational strong ecology urban construction synthesize the appraisal target system and the appraisal model; Served Xi'an, Chengdu, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Nanjing five cities as example which are evaluated synthetically, and evaluated ecological degree of the five cities. 1995-2003 years correlation data of Xi'an was collected and went deep to analyse from vertical. Based on socioeconomic statistic material and the data of construction land of Xi'an city form 1995 to 2003, on the basis of grey system theory, for predicting the ecological degree of Xi'an, has been established with ecological degree in the next 5 years predicted. Prediction results show that the forecast model is of high reliability. From horizontal and vertical evaluation of urban ecosystem in Xi'an, find out weakness of urban ecosystem in Xi'an,and put forward city ecological environmental construction's measure. explore a sustainable way for Xi'an and attain its "twin-win" target of economic sustaining development and ecological environment optimization continuously.
