| China economy has gradually merged into the global market since the beginning of economic reform. This trend has been especially obvious from the nineties of last century. International trade has also increased rigorously accordingly. Trade surplus of 177.47 billion US dollars was achieved in the year of 2006 with foreign currency reserves reaching over one trillion US dollars. From the perspective of strategy for government foreign currency reserves, how to efficiently release the foreign currency reserve and legitimately promote our exporting businesses to proactively participate competitions in the global market; From the perspective of the banks, how to strengthen the innovation ability of trade finance tools, improve income structure of the banks and promote globalization of the banking business; From the perspective of the businesses, how to solve the difficulties in financing for mid- or small- sized business units and financing with their own logistics.To address these described three topics, the author, with his years of experience in international business, explored numerous literature about trade finance and discussed in depth about existing problems with regarding to China's trade finance, trade finance tools, innovation in trade finance tools, using the methods of substantial evidence analysis and induction. The author try to discuss deeply the forming theories of China exporting trading financing, and analyze the internal characters and influencing factors step by step. The author analyzed new tools of exporting receipt financing, domestic & foreign mutually-used book, and exporting Quanyida with respective crediting insurance by examples. The author finally gave out the resolving suggestions for the problems during the exporting financing tooling innovation, as well as the suggestions how to avoid the potential risks during the innovation activities. |
