Trust research involved psychology, social psychology, sociology and organizing behavior etc. These trust research coming from several academics realms, has already obtained a plenteous result. This text focuses a problem in the formation mechanism of the internal trust of the private enterprise. As reviewing the existing trust research, based on this foundation for combing up, trust is divided into clearly three major types and defined the relation of between three type trusts. Taking this as to correspond a point, induce the antecedent of trust to change quantity respectively and built up formation mechanism model respectively, in the meantime in this text return with trust classification for foundation, consider the relation of the of trust and employee's performances of different type respectively and build up the function mechanism model which has trust to the results thus. According to the above-mentioned theories model, this text put forward a related research assumptions, then took the employee in province private enterprise in Zhejiang as investigate sample, using a questionnaire and statistics as analytical method for combining together through a structure, carrying on a substantial evidence an examination to the theories model and the research assumption, and get to conclude a theory, inquiry into this research further at last of shortage and will study in the future of outlook. Synthesize each part research, in the private enterprise of China, the trust of the employee's dividing the line to three kinds of dimensions is reasonable, but the institution trust in people's idea still weaker thin, as a result, the relationship between institution trust and cognition trust or emotion trust is also not obvious and his function to performance drive is also not cognized. Contrary of, cognition trust and emotion trust is very obvious to the positive effect of performance, and their relations also display very clearly.
