Study On Evaluation Of Validity About The Project Management's Behaves Of Developing MIS Of Construction Quality Supervision

At present, the size of MIS grows larger than before. How to manage a MIS project has been a urgent problem. This text putting forward a method to systemically manage a MIS project is based on the theory of project management. In allusion to the developing management of MIS of Construction Quality Supervision, Hefei, we discuss the application of software project management method based on instance and study the Validity of the project management behaves .The application of the project management behave of each phases in developing MIS is main content in this study,. To analysis the validity of project management is the emphases in this study. Based on the process of developing information system, we partition the process of managing the project to two parts, one is startup phases, the other is the actualizing phases. Based on these two parts, we bring forward firstly their behaves ,and then sum up and partition those behaves to establish estimate index system ,and in the end ,using Analysis of the uncertain comprehensive evaluation model and Data Envelopment Analysis model to study partly the validity of these two parts of project management behaves. Based on comprehensively evaluating the knowledge of project management of MIS, we provide our special opinion of the project management behaves of MIS of Construction Quality Supervision, and we think this opinion have it's practical meaning and value of reference definitely in developing such MIS.
