Research On Evaluation Of The Capability Of Independent Innovation For The Manufacture Enterprises Of Automobile Based On The Theory Of Evidence

With the joint road's failure of "market for technology" for 20 years, the poor independent innovation ability of Chinese automobile industry has exposed clearly. Now, the questions concerning how to accelerate the pace and develop the ability of independent innovation for Chinese automobile enterprises has aroused great concern of governments, industry and cacademic circles, which, at the same time, make an earnest request for theoretical studies on the definition of automobile enterprises' independent innovation and the measurement of automobile enterprises' capability of independent innovation.However, according to the current research, we find that there are still many arguments in the definition of independent innovation and few studies on the measurement of the ability of independent innovation.Therefore, it is of some significance to carry out researches on these problems.Based on the previous theoretical findings and the questions mentioned above, firstly, the definition of independent innovation and its charastics are analyzed, at the same time, the independent innovation and technological innovation are comparative analyzed. Secondly, the evaluation index system is constructed by analyzing the present status and the main factors which affect the ability of automobile enterprises' independent innovation. Thirdly, According to the characteristics of the evaluation index system and the uncertainty evaluation often given by many experts, the theory of evidence and evidential reasoning are introduced .Then a hybrid multiattribute group evaluation model is constructed, which uses the Group Analytical Hierarchy Process based on the evidence of theory for the attributes' weights, gives every expert's weights according to attributes and uses the evidential reasoning method to collect attribute values and expert opinions. Finally, an automobile manufacturing enterprise's capability of independent innovation is evaluated by using the method above and advice and recommendations are proposed to enhance the automobile enterprises' ability of independent innovation.
