In this phase, some large-scale non-state-owned enterprises such as Huawei, Lenovo and Wanxiang, have gone out at different degree. And we can say that after a period of development, they will become the main body of our investment.Our government encourages the enterprises foreign direct investment (FDI) energetically, which is a strategic measure for us to receive and join in the globalization voluntarily. It has important reference meaning for the static programming of non-state-owned enterprises to learn the effect of FDI circumstance and than find the solution to develop predominance and to evade shortcoming. FDI is an important strength to advance the economic activity globalization. Because of the developed pattern of world economy having location condition difference, the choice of investing object is most pivotal in FDI. With the high speed development of FDI in China, the reasonable location choice has cried for study in both theory and reality. But compared with introduction of foreign capital, there are few studies of China enterprises FDI in academia of China management. At present, the most of study productions are centralize in state-owned enterprises, the only studies which research non-state-owned enterprises lay particular stress on the construct of system and the amelioration of manage pattern. The study production of the circumstance of location choice of non-state-owned enterprises FDI is scarcely any. Therefore, studying the location choice of non-state-owned enterprises FDI with qualitative and quantitative measure is significant value of theory and meaning of practice.First of all, the paper explains the relative concept at the basic of studying on the reality, and summarizes the theory of location choice. The environment of the non-state-owned enterprises include the own conditions of the non-state-owned enterprises, the reason of FDI, the predominance and shortcoming of their own, the character of the industry; the environment of China includes the comprehensive national strength of China, the policy of FDI, the exterior supported environment and the harmonious international environment; the environment of the host investment includes politics,economy and the basic establishment,geography and culture and the Regional Economic Integration. In order to explain the problem of location choice of non-state-owned enterprises FDI, the paper introduces and establishes the"gravity model". With the theory analysis the model choice economies of scale, Gross Domestic Product per capital, distance between two countries, whether or not signed regional cooperative agreement and the diplomacy with China good or not as independent variable; and the paper choose fifteen countries and areas in America, Asia, Europe, Africa as stylebook, and establish the regressive equation with regressive analysis, than analysis the relativity between the every main index and the flux of non-state-owned enterprises FDI, From above the paper get the correlativity between the environment variables and location choice of non-state-owned enterprises FDI, carve up the fifteen stylebook countries with the investment modulus; At last, the paper gives some tactical countermeasures to the non-state-owned enterprises from the lay of the non-state-owned enterprises own, from the lay of government supports and from the lay of economic intercommunion with foreign.
