Research On Business Process Management Capabilities And Its Evaluation Method

Economy globalization and the development of information technology have changed business environments dramatically, which force enterprise man-agement carrying out great innovations; business process management (BPM) is a new management theory, which can meet the innovation requirements。Because of the short time since it was introduced to China and the great differences between western enterprises and Chinese enterprises, how Chinese enterprises to imple-ment BPM under now conditions, and how to understand and develop this theory have become a subject confronts enterprises and academia。Based on domestic and overseas researches, and combined with subjective enterprise facts, I define and sum up the concept of BPM Capability ,and impersonality influencing factors of enterprise BPM Capability are studied in this paper。This paper first summarizes the meaning and current domestic and overseas studies of BPM。Based on domestic and overseas experience, and according to problems emerging from Chinese BPM implementation, key factors of BPM Capability are summarized,and then the importance of enterprise intramural in-fluencing factors of BPM is brought forward。Based on the analysis of implemented actuality of BPM Capability and the existed problem in BPM, intramural influencing factors are principally studied in this paper。Intramural factors that influence enterprise BPM Capability are divided into subjective influencing factors(process knowledge, process technology, process method, human factors) and impersonality influencing factors (organizational structure and politics, enterprise strategy corporate culture,information system), and interactions between BPM Capability and enterprise intramural influencing factors are posted, thus a relationship model of enterprise intramural influencing factors and BPM is established。 By using the twice fuzzy synthesis evaluation method, enterprise intra-mural factors are comprehensively evaluated in this paper, evaluation steps and processes are provided, and the application infrastructure of the evaluation results is also brought forward。In the process of research, business process management is a relatively new concept, and in this regard the research is still relatively weak.
