Research On Knowledge Innovation Based On Enterprise's Information Ecological System

Entering 2 1st century, knowledge has already become the most important strategic resource of enterprises. The abilities of knowledge management and knowledge innovation of enterprise have very decisive function on the lasting development of the enterprises. The enterprises of our country are facing the economy globalization and environment of fierce competition, so they must pay attention to knowledge innovation and take the effective measures. Then they could seize the opportunities and meet the challenge. Under the new economic situation, the development of enterprises is tied up closely with its locating ecological environment. So, through studying relevant documents and practices in the world, applying the technology of administrative science, systemic science, and knowledge science, etc, combining with modern information technique, this paper makes a deep and systemic research on the important issues of enterprises'knowledge innovation based on the basic theory of information ecological system. This paper draws a conclusion that when the enterprises carrying out knowledge innovation, the emphasis should not only be put upon the technology but also consider the relationship between the people, information and the environment. An enterprise's knowledge innovation platform based on hiberarchy structure is proposed in order to effectively promote the sharing, transferring, and innovation of knowldged inside the information ecological system. And in the end, taking the specific circumstance of our country into account, this paper probes into the feasible schemes and securing measures of enterprises'knowledge innovation. The main conclusion and innovative researching of this paper are listed below.Firstly, the dissertation is written on basis of people's accurate analysis and exact argumentation. Depending on the systematic ecological theory which is similar to the system of enterprise's information production, the dissertation points out the concept of the enterprise's information ecological resources. After analyzing the elements and studying the problem of system balance or unbalance bit by bit, the dissertation also finds out that the enterprise's information people is the only active element in the system. At the same time, people are not only the main body of knowledge innovation, but also the carrier of knowledge.Secondly, this paper explore the important and complex theory of enterprise's knowledge innovation mechanism. At the beginning, the connotation of knowledge innovation is analyzed. And it is pointed out that enterprise's knowledge innovation is a process of continuous, dynamic and helical rising course, in which the tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge interact each other. In order to promote the enterprises'knowledge innovation, we have to depend on the go-aheadism of the information people, exert their dominant position during innovation, digest and absorb various information provided by the enterprise, accelerate the transformation of latent knowledge inside the enterprise, and finally accomplish the increment of knowledge by method of information sharing and colony discussion. Further, this dissertation analyze in great details the stimulative of knowledge innovation under environment of enterprise's information resource ecological system. Also, it is put forward in this paper that the enterprise's knowledge innovation is made up of five phases, that is, sharing of latent knowledge, creating concept, validating concept, constructing prototype and transferring knowledge.Thirdly, In order to promoting the knowledge sharing, transferring and innovating effectively, this paper advance the conception of knowledge innovation platform administration and demonstrate the meaning of it. Also, the function and constructiong principle of the knowledge innovation platform are introduced in great details. According to the composing elements and the fuctional implements of the platform, the design scheme of enterprise's knowledge innovation is proposed bsed on hiberarchy structure. Moreover, The macroscopical method for administration of enterprise's knowledge innovation platform is put forward under condition of enterprise's ecological system. This paper points out that the platform of enterprise information ecological system is mainly consisted of interface, implementations(including administration integration module and information integration module), and a set of protocols. The implementations provide a complete set of solution for reducing the gaps between the basic information technique and knowledge transferring, knowledge sharing as well as knowledge innovation. The interface of platform provides the entry for all of the members in information ecological system, and it is the actual embodiment of solutions which are carrying out. The protocols of platform provide the whole standards and criterions for the sharing, exchanging and harmonizing of information between the platform and all of the sub modules. Enterprise could accelerate the knowledge innovation effectively by means of designing interface of infirm coupling strength, opening the platform selectively, and bringing new knowledge into the platform continually. Therefore, as the benefits, enterprise could build up the adaptability to environment and improve flexibility upon technique impact under the new knowledge economy situations.At the last, with all above analyses, aiming at the specific circumstance of our country, the paper explores feasible measures and security methods for our enterprises'carrying out innovation from macroscopical and microcosmic point of view on basis of the goals of science and technology developments of our contry in the next five years. These measures benefit for the knowledge innovation of the enterprises of our country.Although the author strives for construction a complete frame of the core problem of knowledge innovation in enterprise's information resources ecological system and exploration of concrete measures as well as security methods from the aspects of all-round and systematizing, this field involves boundless contents and develops at a quite swift speed and also deepen the extent continuously. So it is difficult to fulfill the intention of study completely in such a short period of writing time. In a word, there's a large space for improvement in this paper.
