Research On The Impact Of Information Ecological Environment On Employees’ Innovative Behavior

The era of knowledge economy has arrived quietly,information has been paid more attention than ever,it has become one of the most important strategic resource reserves.The development and utilization of information resources,on the one hand,reflects the ability of enterprises to accept and adapt new technologies and new technologies.On the other hand,it also reflects the core competitiveness of enterprises.As the direct users of enterprise information resources,employees will share knowledge while acquiring knowledge in the information ecosystem.Employees’ s taking knowledge and skills will bring some help on their work,it will also promote the efficiency of the organization and affect the enterprise’ s operation and production efficiency to a certain extent eventually.Based on information ecology,This paper mainly studies the information ecology environment of small and micro enterprises and its impact on employee innovation behavior.First of all,according to the literature reading,we analysis and theoretical extension.Then it designs a questionnaire.Finally,the hypothesis will verified by empirical analysis which collected from questionnaires.The content of this paper mainly divided into two parts,one hand,whether information ecology environment will affect innovation behavior;on the other hand,As a mediator in enterprise information environment on Employee Innovative Behavior,whether the knowledge sharing will affect it.The research ideas of this paper are follows:in the research hypothesis,put forward links,according to domestic and foreign related theories of reference documents to collate,collect and refine.Part of the design in the questionnaire,the division of variable dimensions have made reference to experts and scholars athome and abroad mature research scale,and according to the study of differences in the maturity scale is modified.In the process of issuing and recycling questionnaires,this paper selects some small and micro enterprises employees in Hefei,Nanjing and Yancheng as the survey objects,and obtains the hypothesis support through the questionnaire survey data.In the empirical analysis,the reliability and validity test are used to verify the reliability of the questionnaire and data,and the correlation coefficient analysis and regression analysis are adopted to analyze the data.At the end of this paper,the data analysis results are summarized,but also some shortcomings of this paper and the future research are proposed.This paper argues that some factors affect the innovation behavior in the ecological environment of Small and micro businesses,including information strategy,information technology,information organization,information system and information and cultural factors etc..In addition,after verification,knowledge sharing plays a mediating role in the impact of information strategy,information organization and information system on employee innovation behavior.According to the results,this paper puts forward a series of suggestions to speed up the construction of enterprise information strategy,speed up the promotion of information technology in enterprises and promote the flattening of enterprise-organizational structure.We also hope that the advice will provide some reference for the management of small and micro enterprises.
