Comparison And Analysis Of Environment Of Technology Innovation Of SMEs Between Wenzhou And Ningbo

The small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in wenzhou and Ningbo, have developed vigorously since thepolicy of reformation and opening deployed in China, and they have made great contributions to economic development of wenzhou and Ningbo. Nowadays,SMEs become an essential integrant of their national economy and a motive force, which promotes rapid and sound growth of economy. At the same time SMEs play an important role in improving the state of employment, increasing nongovernmental investment, optimizing the economic structure, advancing the market prosperity and maintaining the social stability. SMEs in wenzhou and ninbo have superiority in market competition with the aid of advanced market mechanism and sophisticated business tradition, however, their inner contradiction in quality and structure hasbeen gradually obvious as well as market competition has intensified and transferred to technology competition since entry of WTO. As a result, the technology innovation is the key to development of SMEs in wenzhou and Ningbo.Although the SMES in wenzhou and ninbo develop very fast, there are still many difficulties with them . Among the difficulties ,technology innovation plays a biggest role . technology innovation become more and more important in the development of SMES. We can also say that the ability of technology innovation of SMES decide the success of the enterprise. SMES of wenzhou and ningbo rank among the top 5 in China , but technology innovation is still not very optimistic .So to research the reason of it ,I select the environment of technology innovation as my research object.The introduction chapter of the article address the objectives of this study and the background and foundation it is based on, describes the framework,.The second chapter is a presentation of literature review and theoretical analysis. First , it reviews the conception of environment of technology innovation in China and abroad . secondly , based on the theory of china and abroad , I put forward my suggestion of the conception of environment of technology innovation. In this chapter , I divide the environment of technology innovation into six parts , including rules and police, system of service of society, science and technology ,basic apparatus of the district ,environment of investment , innovation spirit of the manager of enterprises.In the third chapter ,I construct the appraisal system of environment of technology innovation of district. First of all ,I select the index of it,. There are 28 indexes in all. After that ,I construct the appraisal system of environment of technology innovation of district. At last , I construct the method of appraisal.In the fourth chapter , environment of technology innovation of wenzhou and ninbo is evaluated. Firstly ,I explain the condition of technology innovation of wenzhou and ninbo, secondly, I apprail the environment of technology innovation of wenzhou and ninbo with the method of chapter4 . And then compare the every index of the system.After that ,I conclude that the environment of technology innovation of ninbo is better than wenzhou at the macro point. At the micro point ,the science and technology ,system of service of society and basic apparatus are better of wenzhou than ninbo. At last ,I analyse the reason of the distinction of them .In the chapter 5, .I put forward my suggestion. There are two parts of it, suggestion of wenzhou and suggestion of ninbo.Because there are only few of scholars concentrating on this subject,the theoretical system of environment of technology innovation of SMES has not been mature. There are some shortages in the appraisal system.
