Corporate life cycle theory is the hot topic above management scholar domestic and abroad, skip off the failure of domestic enterprise; most of them are concerned with failed performance evaluation. So this article is trying to incorporate corporate life cycle into performance evaluation, and thus to construct corporate performance evaluation from the point of view of corporate life cycle, I hope these suggestion can offer help to our enterprise.This article is taking standardized research approach, combining theory and case analysis, with reference to related research domestic and abroad. There are 5 Part in this article. The basic thread of thought starts with defining research background, goal and research methods in Part 1. Taking a close insight into basic theories including corporate performance evaluation and life cycle in Part 2, and discussing different characteristics on different stages of corporate life cycle in Part 3. Then Part 4 further discusses and analyzes combing with cases the design of performance evaluation system on different stages of corporate life cycle. Finally, I conclude the conclusion and the limitation of this article in Part 5.
