Study Of China Aluminum Group Int'l Competitiveness Evaluation And Improvement Strategy

In order to sharpen competitive edge, expand business scale and enlarge the market share, enterprise's acquisition and combination were the inevitable tide of foreign large aluminum enterprises groups and multinational company to adapt well to internationalization operation in recent years. Countermeasures to face fierce market competition and implement transnational operating strategy will become the main research topic for China Aluminum Group.Based on Deifier's questionnaire and fuzzy mathematics module, appraisal of international competitiveness and transnational operating strategy of China Aluminum Group were discussed in this paper to study the evaluation of international competitiveness of China Aluminum Group and how to improve it.Index system on the appraisal of international competitiveness of China Aluminum Group was obtained from the apprising index which reflects the competitive result and factors influencing on the industrial competitiveness. It elaborates the international competitiveness of aluminum smelters from three different aspects. Based on the Deifier's data investigation and fuzzy mathematics module, China Aluminum Group is considered as an enterprise with strong international competitiveness.As economy globalization, foreign aluminum enterprises implemented transnational operating strategy successively, China Aluminum Group needs to adopt transnational operation strategy so as to develop in the fierce market competition and keep strong international competitiveness. Obviously, with the characteristics of state-owned enterprise, property right reform of China Aluminum Group has not been fully achieved, and strategic reorganization is a gradual process. Therefore, to resolve the inside problems is also a significant component of transnational operating strategy. To make the transnational operating strategy more practical, the following aspects must be done: First, optimize the governance structure and industrial structure, reduce state share, attract foreign capital and private capital, implement the capital operation, and accelerate industrial restructuring development. Second, increase the technique investment of recyclable aluminum, decrease management cost. Third, transnational merge and acquire of aluminum smelters and related corporation, establish multinational strategy alliance with foreign enterprises, adopt internationalization management strategy, exploitate global human resources, realize human capital globalization.
