Empirical Research On The Shanghai Stock Index Based On Technical Analysis

With China's rapid economic development funds into the stock market as the main place for the actual productivity plays an increasingly important role in the economy which also faced with an increasingly strong investment. Investors have led to dramatic changes in market decision-making more mistakes, more competition among investors for the performance of proficiency in the application of investment theory competition. Technical analysis theory has been an important component of the Securities and Investment Analysis, and the stock market has been used a lot. Technical analysis is only in securities on the market price of securities to analyze trends of the future, based on the principles of universality. It will be more applied to the analysis of the index. Only the correct judgment on the basis of the index, is it possible to obtain a better yield. However, the trend in the index with uncertainty, it's correct or not only judged by the fact that a theory to prove.The question arises :how to effectively guarantee investors to achieve better returns in the process of invest. The unique attributes of technical analysis theory in investment make academics and economists at home and abroad very concerned about the development of the technical analysis theory. Application of theory what can bring good results to investors has become the forefront of international research and theoretical issues of concern.In view of the aforementioned problems, using a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis method for the application of research,theoretical and empirical analysis, historical analysis and comparison analysis, based on Dow Theory, Wave Theory , Gann Theory, more systematic introduction to the theoretical system, especially by domestic researchers are unknown or ignored has been brought in ,and use it for mainland researchers to seek clarification of some erroneous understanding. Meanwhile, the domestic stock market index cards for example, complemented by Dow Theory, Wave Theory and Gann Theory, and use empirical testing of its scientific and practical and relevant evidence to achieve the study of historical data to guide future investments. Finally, the use of SPSS software of the three major theoretical empirical analysis shows that the three theories are scientific and effective.
