The Analysis And Evaluation Study On The Competition Of Region Logistics

At present, along with the global economy integrates quickly and the Chinese economy develops fast, the development of global logistics especially the Chinese logistics industry is entering an important strategic opportunity period. The development of the Chinese logistics is presenting that the logistics need rises fast, the market capacity extends continuously, the construction of logistics infrastructure accelerates, the third party logistics grows up fast, the whole logistics industry is taking the direction of information, globalization and profession.At the same time, along with the logistics need increases fast, the region logistics develops faster. The region logistics is the importance part of the region economy, and its existence and development is based on the region economy. That is to say no region economy also has no region logistics. The region logistics is closely related with the region economy and its scale, level, and structure are determined by it. The integrated economy can make the inside and outside of the region logistics incline reasonable and fit the layout of the reasonable industrial structure, thus it lowers the logistics cost and promotes the region logistics develop. Whereas, the development of region economy also can not get away from the development of region logistics. The region logistics provides support and guarantee and will drive the development of region economy. Therefore, the development of the region logistics has become the key of reforming the investment environment, extending the influence scope and promoting the region competition ability.This paper, with the direction of regional economics, logistics and system theories ,studies deeply on the relationship of logistics main body, object and carrier, the relationship of region logistics and region economy and the region logistics competition, introduces briefly the characteristics and trends of the domestic region logistics, elaborates the target, principle and contents of the analysis and evaluation on region logistics competition, puts forward the evaluation index and method ,deeply analyzes the content and the meaning of each evaluation index. On this foundation, collect the related data extensively, make use of Delphi, Principal Analysis, Factor Analysis and the SPSS for Windows software, to analyse, compare and evaluate the region logistics competition on Chongqing, Chengdu, Mianyang, Deyang, Yibin and Panzhihua city. Finally, put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of cultivating the region logistics competition.
