Construction Of Evaluation System Of City Logistics

Cities are consumption centers, distribution centers and production centers of goods, and also the core of the regional economy and regional economy growth. In the 21st century, those economic regions which take metropolises as their core, has become the most active economic region in the world, and began leading the global economy gradually. Our country is not exception. As China's central cities is becoming more and more important in the regional economic development and regional economic integration, the promot effect of city logistics to city, even the whole region ecnomy has become increasingly obvious.At present, many city goverments attach great importance to the development of logistics industry, and has begun to study and make relevant policies of city logistics. However, due to the study on city logistics evaluation system has yet to be perfect, so most of these policies can only be established on level of qualitative understanding of city logistics development.This paper is for this issue. Based on existing research, comprehensive use of system analysis method, comparison analysis method and combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis method, establishes a more comprehensive evaluation system of city logistics development. And take Dalian as an object of empirical study, base on the analysis of Dalian logistics, comprehensive evaluates the level of logistics development in Dalian. Come to the following conclusion: The level of Dalian logistics development is upgrading rapidly, but compare with logistics developed cities, the development of Dalian logistics is still low. On this basis, this paper put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of improving the level of logistics development in Dalian.This study, for improving the evaluation system of the city logistics, as well as understanding the level of logistics development status of Dalian clearly and making reasonable policies, has very important theoretical and practical significance. The main innovations of this paper are as follows: Firstly, the paper baseds on the summarizing of existing city logistics definition, redefined the meaning of city logistics. Secondly, different from existing study, in this paper, considering the meaning of city logistics, the author add some indexes wich can reflact hinterland economy level, when buikding the evaluation index system. It makes the evaluation system of city logistics become more perfect. Thirsly, comprehensive evaluates the level of logistics development in Dalian, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of improving the level of logistics development in Dalian. These suggestions can provide references for government to make logistics polices.
