Study On Property Institutions In Large And Medium-Sized Of State-Owned Enterprises

The essay, based on marxist property rights theory, studies on the property rights institutions in large and medium-sized of state-owned enterprises in objectively. By comparing marxist property rights theory with modern western property rights theory, the essay holds that the reform of the property rights institutions or the property rights relations should not be separated from the certain social economic relations, and also argues that the forming and realizing of the property rights relations in a certain society is coherently collected with the development of the productive forces, economic institutions, economic systems of the society. The reform of state-owned enterprises should not be allowed to separate from the basis of socialist public ownership. The essay retrospects and summarizes the reform of the property rights of state-owned enterprises in the past twenty years, and also discusses the aiming modal and its characters of modern property rights institutions, along with the way of realizing the reform of the property rights institutions.
