As the tertiary industry of production and service for life, the real estate industry has a close relationship with other industries of national economies, namely a strong cross-relationship among industries, and it has become a mainstay of the economy. It is helpful to promote the process of marketing and realize the continuance of development of national real estate industry through studying and constituting the countermeasures of our country's real estate industry.This thesis adopts the management theory of the real estate and strategic management theory to systematically analyze the supply and demand of our country real estate industry.
