The real estate industry is featuring by a long and relevant industrial chain which plays a significant role in the development of many other industries such as construction and steel.As the pillar industry in China's economy,it plays a decisive role in the national macro economy as it is the fundamental material precondition for social and economic activities.Under the current circumstances,the real estate industry is facing a fierce market with more and more regulatory policies from the authorities.Hence to develop a competitive strategy that meets the demands of enterprises is the key for real estate development enterprises to put themselves in an invincible position in the fierce competition.This paper takes Thangshan YB Real Estate Development Co.,Ltd.as an example.Under the guidance of the theory of modern market competition,we will comprehensively analyze the regional real estate market and competition strategy,and carry out product development under the knowledge of competitive strategy,therefore to establish a good foundation for the company's development and corporate brand.First,this paper uses the literature research method,which collects the market competition theory,the marketing theory and the related information of the Caofeidian real estate market,analyzes the development,the supply and the demand of the Caofeidian real estate market from the macroscopic aspect,and analyzes the market demand by market survey from the microscopic aspect.Secondly,to analyze business competitors,while performing the SWOT analysis to the internal factors and external environment to determine the competitive strategy.Finally,to develop a project development plan that includes product strategy,price strategy,place strategy and promotion strategy according to the analysis and research on the regional real estate market,so that the development enterprises is enabled to improve corporate image and enhance competitiveness while carrying out project development.The research of this paper has a high practical reference value for the real estate development enterprises to determine the competitive strategy and enhance their competitiveness.
