The network economy leads huge change into many aspects of different enterprises, including production, sale, logistics, research and development, investment and financing, strategy for talented person etc. It has different operation rules from traditional economy, such as increasing marginal revenue, the scale effect, the main stream and the characteristic etc. All these altered enterprises' strategic performance in traditional realm; they became the tremendous impact to the traditional management method and the management principle; they brought about huge influence on enterprises in the network economy and the inner competitions of whole industry. Facing the new environment of network economy, the enterprises go deep into understanding what influence the network economy brought to the Enterprises' Strategic actually, and consider the lately strategic adjustment and innovations. This is the main purpose of this thesis, and is also the background on choosing this topic.According to the above-mentioned background, first of all, the concept of "strategic innovation" was analyzed, and the concept of "strategic innovation" in this thesis was put forward. And then according to the nine greatest characteristics of the network economy environment, the motive of the enterprises" strategic innovation under network economy environment was analyzed from inside and outside. As a result, the rational gist and the inevitability of enterprises' strategic innovation under network economy environment were put forward. Finally, the base that the enterprises have to carry on strategic innovation under network economy environment was clarified, and the way of enterprises' strategic innovation under network economy environment was put forward as well as the guarantee measures that can guarantee normal operation.This thesis brought strategic innovation to the network economy environment.
