Research On The Innovation Of Strategic Cost Management Of The Enterprise Based On Cloud Economy

In recent years,the traditional Chinese enterprises consume generous resource and use the low quality and low-cost business strategy to face the constant change in Chinese market,which leads to lose its strategic competitiveness.The most domestic enterprises have more resemble production techniques and product.Meanwhile,low profit results in serious malignant market competition.On the other hand,the foreign companies in China have advanced management concepts,high production efficiency and the obvious advantage of the brand.Therefore,they occupy more and more market share in competition with Chinese enterprises.The best strategy of Chinese manufacturing enterprises to cope with the market impact is to carry out the cost leading strategy.So it needs to consult to the foreign advanced technology and management philosophy.An effective approach is to combine modern technology and management features of China enterprise.Based on much literature research,our study try to find out the rationality and feasibility of the combination of strategic cost management theory and cloud economy,and try to construct a new model of strategic cost management theory on the platform of cloud economy.In this paper,we elaborate the strategic cost management and cloud economic theories.On the basis of the relevant literature research at home and abroad in recent years,we propose that cloud economic strategic should be combined with cost management.Firstly,we collect the basic data and information of cost management using the cloud calculating integrated management module.Secondly,we decomposite to each job departments and operation points through cloud big data analysis combined with the enterprise strategy goal.Thirdly,we implement monitoring and accounting by cloud calculation of the strategic cost management module.Meanwhile,we also transmitte real-time feedback information to the cloud for the management to improve the strategic goal of feedback.This paper analyzes the general problems of Chinese enterprises in the process of using the traditional strategic cost management.Combined with problem cause,we put forward some innovative suggestions related with realizing high efficiency of strategic cost management based on cloud technology.This paper selects Fujian billion textile Co.as case discussion of strategic cost management based on cloud economy.Be aimed at the strategic cost enterprise management problems,we construct the set of strategic cost management system based on cloud economy.We also prove that cloud economic technology improves the efficiency of enterprise strategic cost management based on the enterprise actual data analysis,which is an innovation in strategic cost management information construction in the current domestic large-scale textile manufacturing enterprises.The cloud economic has been applied widely in electronic information industry,medicine and IT,but seldom in traditional industries.With the landing of national "China made 2025 "And" the Internet "policy,the process of information technology in the traditional industries will accelerate.I hope this research can bring some reference value to the overall information construction of domestic manufacturing enterprises.
