| This article designs the Management Information System (MIS) for the Sinorail Bohai Train Ferry Co. Ltd, provides a management link of effect and transparency for the company's management level, and provides the clear design mentality and the reference for next information construction of the company.Firstly, the article introduces the history and the present situation of MIS, the background of this project, and the goal, as well as the significance of MIS.Secondly, it expands on a general designing plan of this system. According to the systematic requirements and technical background, the author separately fixes the primary issues, such as overall idea of the systematic designing, basic systematic structure, and application connection.Thirdly, this article separately gives us the rational advice about the hardware and the software constructions as well as some opinions and measures about the security of the Management Information System.The fourth part is the main body of the project. According to the distributing and the organization structure of the company, the overall system was designed for 10 management module, 9 production work module.In all, the Management Information System, which utilizes the advanced design idea, establishes macroscopic decision-making support mechanism for the enterprises management. It has provided the scientific support of management technical for the all leaders from different stratification. The design of MIS obeys the integrity,stability, openness, extendibility easyly to maintain and the advanced principles, which fits for the development tendency of the railroad, and the shipping construction.By designing the Management Information System, we can achieve the best management for the company during various services and the process monitoring. It has great significance to reduce the management cost,and enhance the competitive ability. |
