Research On Public Transport Management Of Rural Ferry In Lishui

Rural ferry transportation supervision has always been a key and difficult point in the field of water traffic management.With the development of economy and society,the demand for trips by rural people is getting higher and higher.The existing ferry management system focusing on decentralized management in townships and townships is new.Under the socio-economic development situation,some disadvantages have been highlighted,such as higher and higher transportation costs,unstable teamwork,lack of technical services,unregulated management operations,and large potential safety hazards.The main reasons for this are the lack of public service awareness,limited financial investment,low personnel income security,loose management requirements,and inadequate quality of employees.This article intends to use the urban and rural public service equalization theory,the public service pricing theory,the new public management theory,and the safety management theory from the perspective of financial management and public management to conduct theoretical analysis on how to solve the problem of ferry management,and at the same time,through field investigations.Transport participants,including ferry management departments,ferries,ferry owners,and involved in the masses,listened to opinions and suggestions,sought the root causes of the problem,and explored a new model of ferry management.Finally,through analysis and investigation,it is proposed to include ferry transportation in the public transportation category,and to realize the unification of ferry transport management entities and financial guarantees for ferry transportation funds by increasing the significance of service,publicizing local financial support,perfecting operational system mechanisms,and coordinating fertility management.Waiting for the same goal and at the same time researching the problems of ferrying public transport reforms will also have certain practical significance for promoting the economic and social development of the involved areas and realizing the integration of urban and rural areas.
