City Logistics Distribution System Model And Optimization

With the increasing development of urbanization, it is indispensable to build upan efficient logistics distribution system for speeding up the development of city.However, the research on city logistics distribution system's planning, running,management is beginning and still has a lot of work to do. The current literaturesshow that people have begun to focus on the research of each subsystem, oppositely,the theory of city logistics distribution system optimization as a whole things andglobal process are severe scarcity. It is urgently necessary to solve the problem ofglobal optimization for the city logistics distribution system. This is the focus of ourresearch. The main achievements of this thesis are shown as following:1. In the background of city, introduces how the mechanism of city logisticsdistribution formed, expatiates the function of all kinds of main elements, from thesystematic view, analyzes the connotation, components, function, optimization meansand goals, introduces the research framework of city logistics distribution system.2. From the point of cost minimum, considering the expense elements of setting,distributing goods, operating distribution center, builds up the extensive practicalsignificant multi-distribution centers city distribution network system model andoptimizes it using heuristics algorithm-Greedy Dropping Algorithm. This algorithm,which in a feasible domain achieves a more comprehensive search, repeated judgment,practical correction, successively toward optimal solution, is a effective method tosolve the optimization of city logistics distribution network system.3. From the point of maximizing the customers' satisfaction and minimizing theoperating expenses, considered the restriction of time window, builds up the citydistribution operation system model. When constructing the algorithm, this paperdivides the complicated model into two stages including the choice of distributioncenters and the vehicle scheduling, optimizes each stage with heuristics algorithm,checks and adjusts the model as a whole and receives the conclusion finally. Thiskind of method, which can not only promise to the client's demands as the greatestdegree by assigned-heuristic algorithm, but make sure overall optimization by saving algorithm, has a great practical effective.4. According to the characteristics of city logistics distribution, this paperimplements the basic function with the GIS software tools, uses Powerbuilder as adevelopment platform, integrates the two finally, builds up the logistics distributioninformation system, analyzes the main function models, designs the main work flowand the space database system, achieves each core function.The applying of the above achievements will have a good social and economicmeaning to instruct and accelerate of the development of city logistics distributionsystem.
