With the rapid development of the third party city logistics,the logistics industry in China has been constantly updated,and the competition of the logistics market has gradually become increasingly fierce.However,along with the development,at the same time,the deterioration of the urban ecological environment,the deterioration of the traffic condition and the increase of the personalized demand of consumers make the market environment more stringent for the logistics service providers and the providers of the third party logistics.In order to adapt to the changes in the market environment,enhance the market competitiveness of the enterprise itself,reduce the cost of distribution and improve the efficiency of distribution of the enterprise.The third party logistics enterprises must concentrate more manpower,material and financial resources to coordinate the city logistics activities and realize the rationalization of the urban distribution path.In order to further optimize the distribution route of the third party logistics enterprises on the urban road network and realize the rationalization and efficiency of the distribution line,this paper puts forward the third party logistics distribution routing optimization problem based on the cat group algorithm.Through the analysis of the third party logistics,distribution center and distribution path,the role of the third party logistics distribution path in the distribution process is explained.In order to further elaborate the necessity of the third party logistics route optimization,the principle of the distribution path optimization and the existing problems are analyzed.And for the existing problems,the third party city logistics distribution path is optimized by using the heuristic intelligent algorithm of cat group algorithm.Combined with its operation principle,algorithm flow and application field,its applicability and feasibility on vehicle routing optimization problem are introduced.In this way,the third party urban logistics path optimization problem model is constructed,and the optimization steps of the cat group algorithm in the path optimization problem are analyzed,and its optimization direction is determined.According to the goal of third party logistics path optimization,we use MATLAB software to do algorithm programming on the path optimization problem of cat group algorithm,and determine the best delivery plan.At the same time,through the comparative analysis with traditional experience,the usability and applicability of cat group algorithm in the third party urban logistics and distribution path optimization are explained.In order to realize the third party city logistics in the required distribution time,the cost is the least,the vehicle scheduling is the most reasonable,and the distribution path is optimized.
