The Research And Design Of Meeting System Based Upon Knowledge Management

Along with the development of society and economy, Meeting is becoming more and more important in our daily life. More over, meeting is one of the common communication and work approach to manage enterprise, it has been the important part of enterprise operation and management, the good meeting management has the important significance to enterprise. Mould and die enterprise is the typical knowledge-type enterprise, "the meeting that purposes to constitute design standard" is the importance means to implement standard in many mould and die enterprises. But because of the connatural complexity of mould and die, when constituting design standard, there are many factors need to think over, and always change time after time, this work takes time and the effect isn't good, it's much hard to put standard to practice.To these problems, this paper try to use the view of knowledge management, studies the meeting that purpose to constitute design standard in mould and die enterprise, analyzes the meeting mode, research the knowledge representation, retrieval and application in meeting system, so as to improve the efficiency and effect of meeting. The main contents include:Puts forward a meeting model based on knowledge management, together with analyzing the flow and correlative role of meeting. This model emphasizes the mutual action between person and system, divides the meeting time into three phases, and defines four roles: presider, participant, collator and knowledge engineer, then supports knowledge from prototype to amalgamation, and at last being used.According to the knowledge characteristic in meeting system, a knowledge representation based on knowledge label is presented, and then this paper designs the system knowledge warehouse that towards the knowledge management, analyzes the mechanism and framework of knowledge base.According to the characteristic of knowledge retrieval in meeting system, this paper puts forward four retrieval methods to explicit knowledge, and particularly discusses the retrieval based semantic network. Analyzes the relationship between explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge, puts forward the tacit knowledge search based on Bayesian method. Analyze the principle of knowledge trace in meeting system and discuss its realization method.Designs "the meeting system based on knowledge management", the system function included: information management of topics, documents, notes and decisions that are presented in meeting, and meeting knowledge management, so as to improve the efficiency of meeting, maintain the integrality of knowledge which is presented in meeting, makes the reserve, retrieval ,reuse and share of knowledge come true.The meeting management based on knowledge management accords with the demand of modern enterprise, improve the efficiency of constituting design standard, and it is useful to improve knowledge application and the ability that employees study knowledge. Now this system is used by a mould and die enterprise in Dongguan city and the effect is favorable.
