Performance management is the core of human resource management. Companies can enhance the ability of the human resource management and enterprises competitive advantages by taking good advantages of the theory and techniques.China Construction Bank Corporation was formed as a joint-stock commercial bank in September 2004 as a result of a separation procedure undertaken by the predecessor, China Construction Bank, under the PRC Company Law. Its H shares began trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 27 October 2005.The Strategy of China Construction Bank is to become a world-class bank by providing the best service to the customers, maximizing shareholder value and providing excellent career opportunities to the employees.With such a competitive environment, China Construction Bank needs to pay more attention to the performance management, to enhance the ability of the human resource management. This article is the research of how to improve the performance management of China Construction Bank, base on analyzing the specific environment of China Construction Bank Guangdong branch facing the new environments. Especially, it focuses on the use of the principle of BSC (Balance Score Card) and the process of implementing the BSC, and gives some advice to the Guangdong branch.
