Since the reform and opening up in China,China's commercial banks began to credit card business.The rise of the credit card business,end debit cards dominate the era,to inje ct fresh blood into the financial market of our country,the activation of the competition me chanism of the financial sector,Chinese financial market shows strong vitality,to improve China's financial system and modern financial system has made a great contribution.Accor ding to the China Construction Bank(hereinafter referred to as "CCB")Credit Card Center Shenyang real state performance appraisal as the breakthrough point,through a comprehe nsive analysis of the construction of the Shenyang credit card center performance evaluatio n process,designed to adapt the existing human resource center features a new performanc e appraisal system,in order to improve the credit card center the overall level of performan ce appraisal.Based on the practice of performance appraisal of Shenyang Credit Card Center,this paper summarizes and analyzes the current situation of performance appraisal in Shenyang Credit Card Center of China Construction Bank.The Shenyang Credit Card Center at the c onstruction of the performance appraisal system using the Balanced Scorecard design is no t suitable for the new economic situation and market environment,only the performance ev aluation and enterprise development strategy combine closely to effective performance app raisal system designed to meet the current market requirements and the requirements of the development of enterprises.The balanced scorecard has been proved to be an effective wa y to solve the problems of the existing performance evaluation system,such as backward t hinking,rigid thinking,and so on,which has been verified by many domestic and foreign t heories and practices.We summed up the following three conclusions in the process of bui lding a new performance evaluation system by using the balanced scorecard:(1)Using the interview survey found that employees are not satisfied with the process of performance appraisal,performance appraisal process heavy results of light manageme nt phenomenon.The current management process is lack of communication and feedback,the employees' enthusiasm is not high,and the application of performance appraisal results is limited.(2)The questionnaire survey found that employees of the current performance apprais al system is mainly reflected in the performance evaluation of satisfaction,the communicat ion feedback system and the performance of the structure of the three aspects of the assess ment.(3)In view of the deficiency of the existing performance appraisal,using the balanced score card to carry on the new design to the performance appraisal.In the design process,t he strategy map and balanced score card are set up based on SWOT analysis,and the target is decomposed.Based on the decomposition index,the index database is designed,and fin ally the team leader of the enterprise as an example is illustrated.
