JinAn group corporation (JA) is an individually-run enterprise which engages in medical instrument. In recent years, the scale of the JA has continually enlarged, but the brain drain has been very serious especially the medium and top managers because of the misgovernment that the enterprise is not able to be fully developed. How to effectively attract, incentive and keep the medium and top managers?Based on modern incentive theories and incentive mechanism theories and guided by academic research documentaries of incentive mechanism of medium and top managers in individually-run enterprises, this article objectively analyses and evaluates the actual incentive mechanism of human resource management in JA by using comprehensive researches, investigation researches, linking theory with practice, and methods linking qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis. At the same time, this article constructs a set of scientific and effective incentive mechanism of medium and top managers for JA group corporation. Besides the introduction, this article is formed by five parts. The first part is documents summary. In this part, the article reviews modern incentive theories and incentive mechanism theories and academic research documentaries of incentive mechanism of medium and top managers in individually-run enterprises and defines the basic concepts of the research. The second part is about the actual situation and limitations of incentive mechanism of medium and top managers in JA. In this part, the article gives a basic introduction to the JA group corporation and analyses the contents and limitations of the actual incentive mechanism. The third part is schemes to consummate the incentive mechanism of medium and top managers in JA. In this part, based on the goal, task, principle, basic ideology and main contents of incentive mechanism plan, the article designs different incentive plans for different management people and also devises performance appraisal system and salary system. The forth part is measures to consummate the incentive mechanism of medium and top managers in JA. In this part, the article emphasizes the trainings for the staffs in human resource management, further perfects the assessment approaches and enhances the follow-up. The last part is conclusion.This article has a significance for the research on incentive mechanism of medium and top management in JA group corporation. Meanwhile, the human resource management in the same kinds of individually-ran enterprises can use this article for reference.
