The project manager is the most core human resource of construction enterprise.In recent years,in order to solve the economic and legal risks caused by the alienation(unintended transformation)from "project manager responsibility system" to "project contract system",some construction enterprises has changed to the "legal person management projectmode".The managementrelationship between the enterprise and the project manager has undergone the important adjustment,which brings a series of new problems and challenges to motivate project managers.So arousing the enthusiasm of project managers continuously by scientifically optimizing and improving the incentive mechanism of project managers is an important content of human resource management research in construction enterprises.This thesis takes the project manager incentive mechanism of Gansu Electric Transmission & TransformerCorporations(GSSBD)as the research object.And the major research method adopted in this dissertation is the investigation and the analysis of project manager incentive mechanism of GSSBD,based on the classical theory and the existing research literature.Besides,the existing problems are found from five keys aspects of Power and responsibility matching,Performanceevaluation,Material incentive,Non-material incentive and Constraint mechanism.And then,this thesis builds a set of well-formed project manager incentive mechanism which is highly compatiblewith thecharacteristics of the enterprise through applying comprehensively the incentive theory and incentive model,as well,improving the integrated and systematic design.At the end of the article,the thesis provides safeguard measures and countermeasures for the optimization mechanism of incentive implementation of project managers.Moreover,This thesis studies the goal is the analysis based on the model of “manages the project in the legal person”,aims to analyze the problems of the existing incentive mechanism after adjusting the relationship between the enterprise and the project manager.As well,focus on solving these problems,including not improve the current incentive mechanism system,incomplete content,imperfect workflow,and too much constraint.As a result,systematic solutions of project manager motivation are provided for GSSBD in order to motivate the project managers effectively.Meanwhile,it can also provide reference value of motivating project managers for other similar enterprises.
