In June 15, 2006, Several Suggestions on Reform and Development of Insurance from State Department was issued. It definitely states that we should reform and develop our national insurance faster, greater, and make it have Chinese characteristic. So it is important for us to study the choice, working-out and implementation of insurance marketing strategy of the new life insurance Corporation such as UL, etc.Based on 4P theory of marketing, and theory of strategy management, this paper discusses the major factors affecting the internal environment of the insurance marketing strategy of UL Life Insurance Corporation using the method of value chain, and the factors affecting the external environment using the method of five-force competing model analyzing of Baud and SWOT. The competing force to affect the profit most is also the most important factor to affect the strategy forming and the essential condition to make the insurance marketing strategy. According to the competing strategy theory of Baud, it studies the way for UL to choose, work out and implement its own insurance marketing strategy to have a share in market and make it greater. To further ensure the enforcement of insurance marketing strategy, it discusses the basic role of talent strategy, internal system, service strategy of UL Corporation to insurance marketing strategy.Conclusions are: To create their own competing advantages, the new life insurance companies must choose the differentiation strategy adapting its internal and external environments to face the insurance marketing competing; At present, the new life insurance Corporation should adopt dense develop strategy, enforcing different activities in price, product, channel, promotion, etc.This paper study is done under the ground to promote the development of insurance. To make our national insurance greater, the necessary way is to increase the number of the insurance companies. Also, life insurance companies pass through the process of small to big. So the actual and referenced sense goes without saying to study the insurance marketing strategy of the new life insurance Corporation like UL.
