During the past 20 years, the life insurance marketing had prevailed in China. And meanwhile, the team of life insurance was not uniform, the professional level was not high, the legal status of salesmen were not clear, lack of integrity and honesty was serious, the image of the insurance industry was poor, so the development of life insurance industry had the negative influences. It can be said that the development of China’s personal life insurance agent system had entered a bad period. Therefore, some professors had their own ideas about the management of insurance sales, some thought our country should adopt employee system, some advocated individual agent system, and others put forward professional insurance sales company system. However, because of the insurance company members were mixed, and the scale of insurance companies were different, the single mode of management could not resolve the present problems.Facing the growing number of marketing management system problems. Firstly, the paper introduced those problems and the reasons which the life insurance marketing management mode has. Secondly, comparing the foreign typical of life insurance marketing management mode, and combining with our country, the paper provided three modes which were employee system, professional insurance sales corporation and individual agent system, the paper described the situations from the three angles of the insurance company, salesman and insurance consumers. In the background of China’s culture, the paper found out the different of life insurance marketing management patterns, such as employee, professional insurance sales company and "staff system + agency" marketing management mode, according to the cultural characteristics and its business scales of China’s insurance companies, our country could choose the different marketing modes. Ultimately, we hoped we could achieve the different of life insurance marketing mode in China. Finally, the paper provided the reasonable opinions about Reform of life insurance marketing management system and put forward the reform measures for the mode of life insurance marketing in different forms, and we hoped that the difference of the life insurance marketing mode could obtain the considerable development in our country.
