In2013, whether international or domestic Chinese economy has undergonetremendous changes to China’s insurance industry has brought great opportunities andchallenges. Looking back over the past three years, the Chinese insurance market on theone hand because of structural adjustment and the use of new accounting standards, thelife insurance industry ’s growth slows, but still at a relatively high level. While thenational policies of the insurance market liberalization and encouragement, makingChina’s insurance market ’s overall profit situation has been further optimized.Founder as a joint venture life insurance company representatives, how to graspthe opportunity to meet the challenge to become the company’s current unavoidabletopic. Firstly, the context of open status of China’s insurance industry to do theanalysis, while commonly used for domestic insurance company ’s marketing strategyto do the research. Secondly Founder ’s Past and Present Life Insurance Company andthe current environment in which to do the analysis. Through the human environment,natural environment, economic environment, political and legal environment of China’s insurance companies currently drawn in the direction of its development as long asthere is a huge market to identify the potential. The disadvantage is less branding, small branches, capital, internalcoordination, controlling rights and restrictions on benefits, resulting in low marketshare. But any one insurance company can not capture all of the market, so FounderLife should identify the company’s core competencies to serve the target market. Finally,Founder Life Insurance Company ’s marketing strategy recommendations, marketsegments implement differentiated marketing strategy, which includes the selection oftarget markets and product differentiation; personnel selection and retention as well aswith new marketing channels to broaden the market. Finally the long-term lifeinsurance companies want to enjoy a good reputation, customers must also besufficiently long to win from the company ’s brand image building and enhancecustomer delivered value up strategies to achieve business objectives. Research and analysis in this paper the concept and points will Founder LifeCompany has played a certain role, for the establishment of an effective marketingstrategy, and establish a healthy marketing concepts are very helpful, and hope in thelife insurance company Founder grand plans for the future, striding forward.
