Study Of Space Organization Of Industry Parks In Chongqing

Nowadays, the industry parks in China develop rapidly, and the space organization of industry parks becomes one of the issues that attach many people's attentions. The development grades of space organization of industry parks affect their development of the economy immediately, thereby affect the economy and the society of the regions. But now the study of the space organization of industry parks in China is at the start stage, and it is not a systemic one. In order to go deep into the topic of the space organization of industry parks, this paper sets up the 30 special economical zones in Chongqing as examples, on the base of theories that are nearly correlation to the space organization of industry parks, this paper puts the space organization of industry parks into two parts, one is macroscopical study, the other is microcosmic study. According to the analyses of indexes and the numbers, it researches on the actuality and conditions of space organization of industry parks separately, and then the author brings forwards the adjusting precept and gives some suggestions to adjust the special economical zones in Chongqing. This paper includes seven parts:Part one is the summarization of literature. It summarizes the research fruit of the location of industry and the land intensive use inside and out of the country.Part two is the preface .It introduces the background to write the article and the significance of study, the discussion of basic theories and the characters of study. It thinks that the research is provided with an all-important academic significance and practical significance. The paper will mostly get going from the industry agglomeration theory,the development of region theory,the circular economy theory and the sustainable development theory, bring to bear many methods to study the characteristics of the land-organization of the special economical zones in Chongqing.Part three is the actuality of the development of industry in Chongqing. It sums up the characteristics and the problems of the development of industry in Chongqing now. The industry has formed a scale, but the landform,the physiognomy and some other factors restrict the distribution of the industry, the industry structure gives priority to the heavy industry, although the high-tech industry grows rapidly, the proportion of it needs to be improved.Part four is the macroscopical study of land-organization of the special economical zones in Chongqing. According to the analysis of driving factors that affect the space organization of industry parks, this paper calculates the agglomeration indexes of every industry parks for the sake of conforming the conditions of distribution. Thereat discusses the existent characteristics and problems, it regards that it falls short of the rationality of the distribution of special economical zones, the properties don't stand out.Part five is the microcosmic study of land-organization of the special economical zones in Chongqing. This part mostly stresses on the land intensive use of special economical zones. According to the appraising indexes and models, it analyses the condition of land intensive use, figures out that the levels of the land intensive use of special economical zones differ a lot, and the total level is low; the levels of the land intensive use of special economical zones among the three regions have distinctness differences; the locations have big infection on the land intensive use of special economical zones, the nearer to the main city zones, the higher of the level; the more developed, the higher of the level.Part six is the optimization of the space organization of the special economical zones. According to the adjusting precept, it puts forward the different precept of the three regions, along with some countermeasures and suggestions.Part seven are the conclusions and the discussions. It sums up the main progeny and the conclusion of the research, points out the shortage of the study and brings forward the further future of the study.
