| Warehousing industry is a key industry in the area of the logistics which has a significant impact on the cycle of industrial and agricultural production, the scale and speed of flow, the delay or interruption of supplies caused by coping with society or nature problems, and ensuring the normal operation of social production and life. It also plays an irreplaceable role in national economy and social development. The development of warehousing can effectively reduce the social costs of logistics, and also has great contribution of the logistics industry and even the whole social economy. The original intention of the emergence of the logistics park is to achieve the gathering of logistics enterprises in space, the sharing land with various facilities, which is a new form of intensive land-use. There is a lot of discussion of the theory on Logistics Parks, but the study from land-use aspects is not much. This paper analyzed the impact of the logistics park on the land-use from the land-use perspective. Logistics Park is not only a form of intensive land-use of the logistics, but also a new beginning of the intensive land-use of warehousing. Automated Warehouse is specific deepening of the intensive land-use of warehousing. Automated Warehouse can increase efficiency of the using space of the warehouse in using of the top shelf and automatic accessing equipments, and other such hardware system. On the other hand, through the warehouse management system and computer management and other management tools, the Automated Warehouse can also enhance the efficiency of warehouse operations, and the conservation of land in disguise. In this paper, on the basis of a lot of reading of the relevant literature and field surveys in the warehousing industry, inspecting of the Yearbook, collecting of the relevant data, it projected to the data of the saving space and area of warehouse and land for developing China's Automated Warehouse, which has certain reality Guiding significance.In the final chapter of this paper, it introduced the application scope of the Automated Warehouse, analyzed the current bottleneck which constraints the Automated Warehouse's development, and made a number of corresponding countermeasures. |
