With the springing of intellectual economy and the rapid development of science technology, human resources are considered an important source of enterperises competitive power. Human resources become to be an important part of enterperises stratagem administration. In morden times, compensation administration is the core of human resources administration, as well as the most difficult, senstitive, very policy-related administrative work. Nowdays, the designs and administration of compensation are not only a process of paying staffers or increasing compensation simply, but also a process which include designing and administering systemly, sciencely. Therefore, almost industries think much of research on compensation administration both domestic and abroad.Expressway business developes rapidly in China, there are practical value to research on compensation administration in expressway administration public institutions. This thesis divides into three parts: the introduction, main text and the conclusion. Firstly, the introduction states the background, meaning, intention and thought of researches, then specifics the importance of modern compensation administration. A case of GX expressway administration is taken as an example in main text. In chapterl, it Introduces the development of expressway in GX, the founding of GX expressway administration and actual state of human resources administration. Chapter 2 introduces the actual state of compensation administration in GX expressway administration, and analyses its merits and faults and causes. In chapter 3, by using relevant prompting theory and methods of building a compensation administration system, the author designs a performance system about compensation administration base on the developing requirements of GX expressway administration. In chapter 4, working out the measures to ensure the applying of the system about compensation administration and make good use of it, and to attracts, retains, spirits up person with ability, so as to make sure to provide the person with ability for the rapid development of expressway business in GX. Conclusion is the brief summarization of the whole text at last.Compensation system is not fixedness, it needs to be improved with social economy developing and to be adjusted and perfected. No compensation system can be worked in all enterprises., Enterprises should establish and execute their own compensation system according with themselves on the basis of combining current advanced theories with their own situation closely.
