| In this paper, based on taking the relations between spot market and bilateral contract into account, there are three investigations related to this paper, which include the debate between the two main electricity auction mechanisms; the electricity auction mechanisms design, and the relations between the bilateral contract and the spot market. Through analysis their relationships, we design a new spot electricity auction mechanism in One-side opening market. Then compares the mechanism in FCI project with the exited MCP and PAB mechanism, and proves that the FCI mechanism excelled the other two mechanisms, and it can control market power, thus improve electricity market efficiency. Finally, this paper makes demonstrations for the FCI mechanism, and shows that the designed mechanisms in this paper have some important aspects the other two existing mechanisms don't have. They can control market powers of some participants. |
