Discussion On Condition-Based Maintenance Strategies For Power Supply Enterprise

In this paper the basic development of the maintenance pattern of the power equipment in the power supply enterprise was introduced, the meaning of advanced Condition-Based Maintenance in concept and technical and the current development of Condition-Based Maintenance in domestic and international were analyzed. Through diagnosing the maintenance pattern existed in domestic enterprise, the malpractice existed in the current maintenance pattern was pointed out. The countermeasure which took the place of traditional maintenance pattern by Condition-Based Maintenance and its feasibility and superiority were proposed. The fit and unfit quality of each kind of maintenance method existing in domestic was summarized by investigation. The difficulty of developing Condition-Based Maintenance was pointed out, and the development strategy of Condition-Based Maintenance in the domestic enterprise from a specialized management angle was proposed, which was confirmed to have good effect in practice finally.
