Study On The Whole Process Management Of Equipment Condition Based On Maintenance Project In Jing Tai Electricity Company

Many electricity enterprises in China adopt regular maintenance management mode to repair the equipments.These traditional equipment maintenance methods are repetitive work with certain procedures,and the workload is huge,which wastes both manpower and material resources and is inefficient in work.With the rapid development of the electric power industry,the disadvantages of traditional maintenance mode are increasingly prominent.Based on this situation,a new and reliable detection technology is used to obtain the operation status of the equipment and to find out the condition based maintenance of equipment damage.This paper first of all through the research on different equipment maintenance methods,comparing with the advantages and disadvantages of traditional maintenance mechanism,the feasibility,basic principle and maintenance procedure of condition based maintenance were expounded.Secondly,combining the case of Jing Tai electricity company,analyses the existing disadvantages of the current maintenance mode,such as unclear working goal,unreasonable maintenance schedule,higher cost of maintenance and slightly weak repair personnel consciousness,insufficient maintenance work intensity of monitoring,etc.The paper discussed how to develop the condition based maintenance and expective effects.Through the parametric measurement,damage to equipment failure maintenance implementation,cost/benefit evaluation aspects analysis,the paper proposed the company to take the measures to improve the effects,which as strengthen basic work of management,pay close attention to equipment state,use a variety of means to carry out the testing work,pay attention to the matching of the manual monitoring and data analysis.Finally the improvements are proposed through speeding up the check mechanism,strengthening the training of personnel work,improving mobilize the maintenance staff's work enthusiasm,making the maintenance staff belonging to the unit and the sense of responsibility,in order to raise the overall strength of the plant support and their own competitiveness.This paper analyzes the cost,personnel and quality assurance of the equipment carrying out condition based maintenancein in JingTai electricity company.It has practical guiding significance to improve the utilization of equipment and enterprise benefit.
