Electric power industry has the deep public good attribute, as the basic industries of national economy development. With introducing the competitive system to the nature monopoly electric power enterprise and the high speed development of electric power, the electric power gradually becomes the buyer market by the seller market in recent years. We not only improve the enterprise economic effect but also satisfy the desire of customers. Electric power enterprise need consider the long-term benefit of society. Customers'benefit, companies'benefit and society's benefit becomes one untie. Main body of a thesis is emphasized owing to"the winning in three aspects", the enterprise, consumer; the government brings forward electric power projects strategy of marketing in Handan Power Supply Company under the winning in three aspects. And it puts plan into practice as well as the marketing who responds to relatively sells strategy to improve enterprise competitiveness currently, which has certain useful significance.
