At present,CRM is one of the important contents of modern enterprise management. Customer classification is the premise and the foundation of CRM. Only by a valid customer classification, can customers be analyzed scientifically and reasonably. Differentiation management should be implemented on different type customers in order to improve the competition power and the benefit of enterprises. After analyzing the traditional classification methods and thinking over the fact of Jinan Power Supply Company, this paper puts forward a new customer classification method which based-on improved BP neural network. At the same time, this paper chooses some classification indexes of power customers through different sides. At last, some suggestions have been put forward, and it can be used for reference to power supply enterprises.
